摘  要:为了解贵州植物上冰核细菌的种类及分布,采用平板稀释法分离细菌和拮抗菌、小液滴冻结法鉴定冰核细菌、双层平板法筛选拮抗菌,通过形态学特征、生理生化指标结合16S r DNA序列对比分析等方法鉴定冰核细菌和拮抗菌的种类。结果表明,从贵州59种霜冻植物上分离到7株冰核细菌,从32份土壤中筛选到3株拮抗菌。经鉴定,7株冰核细菌中,1株为成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans),1株为菠萝泛菌(Pantoea ananatis),1株为荧光假单胞(Pseudomonas fluorescens),2株为丁香假单胞菌(Pseudomonas syringae),2株为绿黄假单胞菌(Pseudomonas viridiflava)。3株拮抗菌中,1株放线菌为暗产色链霉菌(Streptomyces phaeochromogenes),2株细菌均为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。Seven strains that identified as ice nucleation active bacteria by droplet freezing method were isolated from 59 kinds of frost plants in Guizhou Province. Three strains of antagonistic bacteria were screened from 32 soil samples by double-layer plate method. The species of ice nucleation active bacteria and antagonistic bacteria were identified by morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical indicators combined with 16S rDNA sequence comparative analysis methods. It was identified that among the seven strains, one was Pantoea agglomerans, one was Pantoea ananatis, one was Pseudomonas fluorescens,two were Pseudomonas syringae and two were Pseudomonas viridiflava.Among the three antagonistic bacteria,one actinomycete was Streptomyces phaeochromogenes, and both bacteria were Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Through this study, the species and distribution of ice nucleation on some plants in Guizhou Province were preliminary understood.
