摘　　要：随着大数据和人工智能的发展,学术评价的对象以及学术评价的深度和广度都发生了重大的变化。在这一背景下,本文对学术评价的现状和未来的发展趋势进行了探究,在总结了学术评价相应的研究基础上,对学术评价以刊评文、唯期刊马首是瞻、过度量化、唯数字是从和影响因子至上、唯排名是举等现状进行了概括。在目前学术评价研究的基础上,从学术评价应强调发现学术规律,重点关注未来科学发展,淡化数量考察、强调成果质量、水平和创新,跳出以刊评文和排行榜的羁绊,强化中国科技期刊强国战略等五个维度上对学术评价未来的发展趋势进行了深入思考。The objects of academic evaluation as well as the depth and breadth of academic evaluation have changed greatly with the development of big data and artificial intelligence.The current situation and future development trend of academic evaluation are explored in this setting.The current situations of academic evaluation is summarized which cover evaluating journal instead of paper,overquantifying and highly praising influence factor on the basis of summarizing the corresponding research of academic evaluation.The five dimensions of academic evaluation of the future trend is analyzed which include discovering academic rules,focusing on the future of science,emphasizing the quality,level and innovation of result,getting out of the fetter of evaluating the paper based on the journal and ranking list,and strengthening the strategy of enhancing the China＇s science and technology journals.
