摘　　要：本文从管理主体的角度出发,对政务社交媒体文件管理模式进行探究,总结和分析英、美、澳三国政务社交媒体文件管理实践中现有的管理模式:记忆机构主导的集中式和政府机构主导的分布式,参考借鉴其实践经验,并考虑国内整个社交媒体文件管理的大环境及研究现状,尝试提出适合我国的政务社交媒体文件管理模式——合作参与式管理模式,并进行相应的分析,试图为今后政务社交媒体文件的管理提出合理的建议。The paper explores the management mode of government social media records from the perspective of management main bodies,concluding the existing practices of social media records management in Britain,the United States and Australia：centralized mode dominated by memory institutions and distributed mode led by government agencies.With analyzing the experience and the whole social media management situation,it attempts to put forward a suitable management mode of government social media in China which is cooperation and participation management mode.At last,it proposes some suggestions for the government social media management in the future.
