乡风文明与当前农村新型社区建设--以山东省“乡村文明行动”为例

摘　　要："乡村振兴战略"确立了"五位一体"建设的总要求,其中"乡风文明"是一个重要方面。本文结合山东省最近实施的"乡村文明行动",以"乡风文明"建设为重点,分析当前村庄发展所面临的突出问题,分析乡风文明与乡村道德建设、文化建设以及新型社区建设之间的关系,探讨通过乡村振兴促进村庄建设和文明水平提升的路径选择,并提出相应的发展对策。＂Rural Revitalization Strategy＂has established the general requirement of＂five in one＂construction,of which＂civilization in countryside＂is an important aspect. This paper,based on the＂rural civilization action＂implemented in Shandong Province,focuses on the construction of civilization in countryside,analyzes the prominent problems faced by the current village development,and analyzes the relationships between the rural civilization and the rural moral construction,cultural building and the new-type community construction. It also probes into the promotion of village construction and civilization through rural revitalization,and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions.
