摘  要:分别对粉状赤铁矿(-325目为90%)和球团状赤铁矿(-200目为90%)的两种原料磁选前的磁化焙烧过程进行研究。研究结果表明:当粉状赤铁矿的煤粉配比为15%时,在700℃条件下焙烧15min,磁化焙烧过程效果最佳,但是采取球团方式进行磁化焙烧与采取粉矿方式相比,效果更好。同时Ca F_2和Na_2SO_4这两种添加剂的加入对磁铁矿晶粒长大的促进作用不明显。In this paper,the magnetization roasting process of two raw materials of powdery ore(-325 mesh 90%) and pelletized ore(-200 mesh 90%) was studied before their magnetic separation. The results show that the effect of magnetization roasting for 15 min at 700 centigrade is the best when the pulverized coal powder ratio is 15%,but the magnetized roasting process is better than that of powdered ore. At the same time,the addition of two additives such as CaF2 and Na2SO4 has little effect on the growth of magnetite grains.
