黑菊芋经口急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：通过对黑菊芋的小鼠经口急性毒性试验研究,初步评价其安全性,为黑菊芋新产品的推广提供理论依据。采用限量法对小鼠进行黑菊芋灌胃,观察小鼠的外观、行为、活动、食欲、大小便颜色、体重变化和死亡情况。结果表明,小鼠经口灌胃黑菊芋后,14 d观察期内,未见任何中毒症状,饮食、摄水和体重增长均正常,亦无死亡。受试样品黑菊芋雌、雄小鼠经口LD_(50)均大于20 000 mg/kg·bw,属于实际无毒,具有很好的食用安全性。The acute toxicity test was carried out to preliminary evaluate the safety of black Jerusalem artichoke in mice. It could provide a theoretical basis for the popularization of black Jerusalem artichoke. The mice were given limit quantity of black Jerusalem artichoke by gavage and its appearance, behavior, activity, appetite, feces and urine color, body weight and death were observed. There were no intoxication and death in mice and diet,water,body weight were normal after 14 d.The results showed that the dosage of black Jerusalem artichoke for all mice were more than 20 000 mg/kg·bw in LD_（50）,it was actual non-toxic and had good edible safety.
