血清甲状腺球蛋白检测在诊断分化型甲状腺癌中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血清甲状腺球蛋白检测在诊断分化型甲状腺癌中的应用价值。方法 :选取2014年12月至2017年5月期间新疆医科大学第二附属医院收治106例分化型甲状腺癌患者作为观察组,选取同期该院收治的120例结节性甲状腺肿患者作为对照组,另选取同期在该院进行体检的120例健康体检者作为健康对照组。对三组人员均进行血清甲状腺球蛋白检测,并比较其血清甲状腺球蛋白的水平及阳性率。结果 :观察组患者血清甲状腺球蛋白的水平及阳性率均高于对照组患者和健康对照组体检者,P<0.05。对照组患者血清甲状腺球蛋白的水平高于健康对照组体检者,P<0.05。对照组患者和健康对照组体检者血清甲状腺球蛋白的阳性率相比,P>0.05。结论 :血清甲状腺球蛋白检测在诊断分化型甲状腺癌中的应用价值较高。Objective： To explore the value of serum thyroglobulin detection in the diagnosis of differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods： to choose between December 2014 and May 2017, xinjiang medical university second affiliated hospital treated 106 cases of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer as observation group, select in the same period of 120 patients with nodular goiter were admitted in the hospital as the control group, the other selection during the same period in 120 cases of healthy check-up of the hospital for a medical as healthy controls. Serum thyroglobulin levels and positive rates of serum thyroglobulin were measured in all three groups. Results： serum thyroglobulin levels and positive rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the healthy control group, P〈0.05. Serum thyroglobulin levels in the control group were higher than those in the healthy control group, P〈0.05. The positive rate of serum thyroglobulin in control group and healthy control group was P〉0.05. Conclusion： serum thyroglobulin detection is of high value in the diagnosis of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
