摘 要:目的:探讨锁定暂时性血管分流(locked temporary vascular shunts,LTVS)装置在驻港部队四肢血管伤紧急救治中的应用效果。方法:LTVS装置是将暂时性血管分流(temporary vascular shunts,TVS)的外壁改进成等距螺纹状,将螺纹分流管插入受损血管断端后,再用2个内壁呈匹配内螺纹的合页式锁定螺帽,将分流管与血管壁固定,用以替代TVS的徒手打结固定方式。并分别比较TVS组与LTVS组的血管分流操作时间。结果:LTVS组的体外血管爆破压比TVS组高114.29%[(0.05±0.01)MPa vs(0.02±0.01)MPa],LTVS组的血管分流操作时间比TVS组明显缩短60.37%[(138.89±18.22)s vs(350.48±52.20)s]。结论:与现行TVS相比,LTVS的安全性及使用率更高。Objective:To investigate the effect of locked temporary vascular shunt(LTVS)as an important technique for injury control in the application of emergency medical treatment of vascular injuries of limbs.Methods:LTVS was designed on the basis of temporary vascular shunts(TVS),the outer wall of the shunt was modified to have a equidistant thread shape.After the thread shunt was inserted into the broken end of the damaged vessel,the two inner walls were matched.The internal thread locking nut fixed the shunt tube to the blood vessel wall to replace the TVS unarmed fixation method.The TVS and LTVS vascular shunt operation time were compared.Results:The in vitro blood vessel burst pressure of the LTVS group was higher than that of the TVS group by 114.29% [(0.05±0.01)MPa vs(0.02±0.01)MPa].The vascular shunt operation time of the LTVS group was significantly shorter than that of the TVS group by 60.37%[(138.89±18.22)s vs(350.48±52.20)s].Conclusion:LTVS may be safer and more efficient than TVS.
