摘　　要：目的,探索利用多学科协作模式管理医院不良事件的上报工作,提高医护人员不良事件上报意识,保障医疗安全。方法,成立多学科协作小组,通过召开小组会议,明确主要问题,制订措施,多部门协作实施。结果,通过多学科协作模式管理不良事件上报工作,某三甲医院不良事件上报例数不断上升,不良事件上报类别更加合理化。结论,多学科协作模式通过多个职能部门和临床科室的协作,加强了医院不良事件上报管理工作的水平,提高了医护人员不良事件上报意识,保障了医疗质量与安全。Purpose： To explore the use of multi-disciplinary cooperation mode to manage the reporting of adverse events in hospitals, improve the awareness of reporting adverse events among medical personnel, and ensure the safety of medical treatment. Method： Establishment of multidisciplinary collaboration teams to identify key issues, develop measures and implement them in a multisectoral and collaborative manner through the convening of panel meetings. Result： Through the management of adverse events in multi-disciplinary cooperation mode, the number of reporting adverse events in a third class hospital is increasing, and the categories of reporting adverse events are more reasonable. Conclusion： By the cooperation of many departments and clinical departments, the mode of multidisciplinary cooperation strengthens the management level of adverse events in hospitals, enhances the awareness of reporting adverse events among medical staff, and ensures the quality and safety of medical treatment.
