摘 要:"后殖民主义"语境中"西方中心主义"批判有两个主要局限:一是把"西方中心主义"的传播和流行仅仅视为"宗主国"强力推行制造出来的话语的结果,而忽略了西方国家的"西方中心主义"与非西方国家的"西方中心主义"的互补关系及其现实历史原因。二是以特殊、独特、差异,来拒斥普遍、本质和统一;把"元叙事"等同于"西方中心主义"本身,拒斥"元叙事"和现代世界文明发展的统一性。这两个主要局限,不仅在方法论上阻碍了我们对"西方中心主义"的科学批判以及当代中国哲学社会科学的创新性发展和学术话语体系的构建,而且也给我们正确认识包括当代中国社会发展在内的一系列重大现实问题设置了种种障碍。There are two major limitations for the West-Centralism Theory in the context of postcolonialism: first of all, simply treat the spread and prevalent of West-centralism as the result of the discourse formulated by the suzerain states, but ignored the mutual complementary relationship of West-centralism in western countries and non-western countries as well as the historical and realistic reasons; secondly, reject universality, essence and unification with specialty, uniqueness and difference, treat meta-narration of the term as West Centralism itself, and reject the unification fact of meta-narration with the development of modern world civilization. These two major limitations have not only hindered our scientific criticism over Westcentralism from the methodological perspective, the innovative development of contemporary Chinese philosophy and social sciences and the construction of academic discourse system, but also set up various kinds of obstacles for us to understand a series of major practical issues including contemporary China's social development.
