摘 要:目的应用质量管理小组的管理方法与技巧,降低SICU肿瘤患者术后24h内不适感。方法成立质量管理小组,采用头脑风暴法选定主题,拟定活动计划,并对现状进行调查,设定活动目标,对存在问题进行原因分析,提出对策并组织实施。结果实施质量管理小组前后SICU肿瘤术后患者24h内不适感发生率明显下降(P〈0.01)。结论质量管理小组活动不仅降低了SICU肿瘤术后患者24h内不适感发生率,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,同时也提高了护士在工作中的积极性和协作性,更进一步提高了护理人员的管理能力和团队合作能力,加强了主动参与科室管理的意识。Objective Reduce the discomfort of SICU tumor patients within 24 hours after operation by applying the management methods and skills of quality control circle. Methods A quality control circle was set up; themes were determined by brainstorming; plans were drew up and the current situation was investigated; goals were set and existing problems were analyzed; countermeasures were then put forward and their implementation was organized. Results The incidence of discomfort in SICU tumor patients decreased significantly within 24 hours after the implementation of quality control circle ( P〈0.01 ) . Conclusion The activities of quality control circle not only reduce the incidence of discomfort in 24 hours after SICU tumor surgery, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work, but also improve the enthusiasm and cooperation of nurses in work, further improve the management ability and team cooperation ability of nurses, and strengthen the awareness of active participation in department management.
