摘 要:目的探讨同伴教育在携带T管引流出院患者延续护理中的应用。方法选取2016年6月至2017年3月接受胆总管切开探查T管引流术后带T管出院的患者60例设为观察组,对照组30例采用常规的健康教育和护理指导,观察组30例在对照组的基础上应用同伴教育方法对患者进行健康教育,比较两组患者对T管相关知识的掌握情况、T管相关并发症情况、T管的自我护理能力、按时复诊率及满意度情况。结果观察组患者对T管相关知识及相关并发症的掌握、自我护理能力、按时复诊率及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论在延续护理中应用同伴教育法可以弥补传统护理健康教育的缺陷,提高患者的自我护理能力,对顺利拔管起到了积极作用,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the application of peer education dominated in continuing nursing care for discharged patients with T tube drainage. Methods The 60 patients with T-tube drainage after common bile duct exploration and T-tube drainage from June 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled. 30 cases ( control group ) were received routine health education and nursing instruction, while another 30 cases ( test group ) were treated with peer education. The T-tube related knowledge of the situation, T-tube related complications, T tube self-care ability, the rates of return visit on time and satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results There were statistically sigaaificant difference between the two groups in the grasping situation of relevant T tube knowledge and complications, as well as T tube self-care ability and timely referral rate and satisfaction. The experimental group was better than those of the control group. Conclusion The application of peer education in continuing nursing can make up for the defects of traditional health education, which had a positive effect on the recovery and successful extubation of patients with T tube drainage. It was worthy of clinical promotion.
