摘　　要：文章通过对比龙湖花园和水晶郦城两个公共空间对城市开放度不同的门禁社区的土地利用强度与混合度,运用空间句法中的基于拓扑计算形态变量,如连接值、深度值、集成度、可理解性等,定量地描述和评价社区内外部空间,让这些区别数字化、图形化,更加便于理解,对大围合式社区与大开放小围合的格网式社区这两种社区模式进行评价总结,以期为社区开放均衡性的评价提供新的视角。This article through to longhu garden and crystal LiC heng two openness of different land use intensity of access control community and mixed degree of contrast, the use of space syntax based on topology variables such as connection value, depth calculation form, integration, such as understandability quantitative description and evaluation of the community to internal and external space, make the difference between digital and graphical, more easy to understand and evaluate the two communities, in order to later community open balance evaluation provides a new perspective.
