摘　　要：分析了辽宁自由贸易试验区建设的背景及推行金融自由化的可行性;分析了上海自由贸易试验区金融自由化模式及其建设过程中可供参考的经验。认为辽宁推进金融自由化之前的准备条件与上海的先决条件较为相似,推进金融自由化具备可行性;辽宁自由贸易试验区金融自由化道路应以渐进式模式起步,当金融自由化的各种条件都成熟时可切换为激进式。The background of the construction of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone and the feasibility of its financial liberalization are analyzed. The financial liberalization model of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone and its implications for the financial liberalization of the Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone are discussed. It is considered that the preparation conditions before Liaoning＇s promotion of financial liberalization are similar to those of Shanghai, and it is feasible to promote financial liberalization. It is pointed out that the financial liberalization road of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone should start in a gradual mode, and when the various conditions of financial liberalization are mature, it can be switched to radical mode.
