摘　　要：以某轻型商用车为例,分析离合器液压操纵总成的组成及各部件性能的影响因素,通过提高液压比、改进离合器液压操纵油管材料牌号及规格,达到提升离合器操控性能、解决离合器换档困难的目的,并最终以台架测量、整车测量及主观评价的方式验证方案的改进效果。In this paper, a light -duty commercial vehicle is taken as an example. The corn-ponents of the clutch control system and the influence factors of the various components＂ performanceare analyzed. By increasing the hydraulic ratio, changing the material and size of the clutch hydraulicoil pipe, the manipulation peffomlance can be improved, and the problem of gear shift difficulty can besolved. The improvement proposal is validated by bench test, physical road test and subjective evalua- tion.
