摘　　要：液压阀体是混合动力电驱变速器的重要组成部分,也是混合动力电驱变速器开发过程中的难点之一。阀体的清洁度直接影响到液压系统的工作性能,是保证液压系统及电驱变速器正常工作的重要特性。文章结合某款车用电驱变速器的液压阀体的开发过程,分析零件清洁度的控制方法,为自主开发液压阀体奠定了坚实的基础。The hydraulic valve body plays a significant part in hybrid electric driving transmis-sion and is also one of the major difficulties in hybrid electric driving transmission development. Thecleanliness is an important characteristic of the hydraulic valve body, which has a significant influenceon the peffrmance of the hydraulic system. In this paper, the cleanliness control of the hydraulic valvebody is discussed based on the hydraulic valve body development process, which lays a solid founda-tion for future independent valve body development.
