摘　　要：针对常规堵塞器只能适用管式泵但无法阻断井液杂质上返进入固定阀、无法满足全通径举升管柱分段试压要求,以及使用中操作复杂、防喷压力低等问题,研制了通用型液压顶杆式泵下堵塞器。该堵塞器依靠油管净压力实现开启,完全适用于管式泵、杆式泵、螺杆泵管柱。它既能保护固定阀不发生漏失卡堵失效,又能满足旧管下井过程中分段试压验管要求,具备高达30MPa的防喷性能。室内模拟实验及现场应用验证了该堵塞器设计合理、操作简单、可靠实用,具有广泛应用前景。Aiming at the conventional packer which can only be applied to tubing pump with a series of problems such as no way of stopping well fluid impurities move upward to the standing valve,no way of satisfying staged pressure test of full port lifting string,complicated operation and low blowout prevention pressure,ageneral hydraulic jack pump packer is developed.The packer depends on static pressure of the pipeline to realize starting,completely suitable for tubing pump,rod pump and screw pump strings.Its blowout control capacity reaches up to 30 MPa.Its simulating lab test and field application verifies that it is reasonable in design,simple in operation and reliable in application,having wide future applications.
