摘  要:轮古XXX井在压裂过程中因使用了来自A公司和B公司的两种不同覆膜支撑剂,导致压裂失败。采用实验方法,分别对两种覆膜支撑剂进行了密度、酸溶解度及抗破碎能力等测试,除B公司的覆膜砂酸溶解度超过正常指标外,其他指标符合标准;沉降实验发现,单一覆膜支撑剂在压裂液中分布均匀,沉降均匀,混合覆膜支撑剂颗粒抱团、成簇状,沉降不均。实践表明,在采用两种不同覆膜支撑剂混合加砂时,应谨慎对待可能存在的风险,做好相关基础工作。Two different laminating proppants from Company A and Company B were applied to fracturing process in Lungu X well,resulting in fracturing failure.This paper uses experimental method to test these two laminating proppants respectively about their density,acid solubility and crush resistance.All the indicators are up to standard except acid solubility of precoated sand from Company B.sedimentation experiment confirms that single laminating proppant distributes evenly and sediments evenly in fracturing fluid whereas mingled laminating proppant'particles are clusters with an uneven sedimentation.Application shows that it is necessary to be cautions about possible risk in sand adding with two different laminating proppants.
