阿霉素神经干注射带状疱疹后神经痛疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿霉素神经干注射治疗带状疱疹后神经痛患者的临床效果。方法选择来该院就医的带状疱疹后神经痛患者(60例、2016年11月—2017年11月),通过就诊顺序单双号分组(分2组)。对照组选择常规治疗,观察组采用阿霉素神经干注射治疗,对比2组疼痛评分、睡眠时间、生活质量评分、治疗效果。结果 (1)观察组疼痛评分为(3.45±1.05)分、睡眠时间为(7.89±0.54)h,数据优于对照组(P=0.000 1);(2)治疗前,2组生活质量评分之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.152 4),治疗后,观察组生活质量评分为(82.06±3.87)分,数据高于对照组(P=0.000 1);(3)观察组显效例数有25例,对照组有15例,数据之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.006 2)。结论阿霉素神经干注射治疗带状疱疹后神经痛效果显著,可推广。Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of doxorubicin-based neural stem injection in patients with posther-petic neuralgia. Methods Patients with postherpetic neuralgia who had come to this hospital for medical treatment（60 cases, from November 2016 to November 2017） were selected and grouped into two groups according to the order of visits. The control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with doxorubicin and neural stem injection. The pain score, sleep time, quality of life score, and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results（1） The pain score of the observation group was（3.45±1.05）points and the sleep time was（7.89±0.54）h. The data was better than the control group（P=0.000 1）;（2）There was no difference between the two groups in quality of life scores before treatment（P=0.152 4）. After treatment, the quality of life of the observation group was（82.06±3.87）points, and the data was higher than that of the control group（P=0.000 1）;（3）There were 25 cases in the observation group and 15 cases in the control group of variability（P=0.006 2）. Conclusion Doxorubicin neural stem injection has significant effect on postherpetic neuralgia and can be popularized.
