摘 要:隧道揭煤突出危险性预测是确保安全施工的关键环节。针对隧道大断面开挖环境,在垂距5 m处测定煤层瓦斯压力,测定结果准确性和可靠性均不高,由此提出了采用瓦斯含量进行揭煤工作面突出危险性预测,并依托华岩隧道揭煤进行了研究、分析及应用验证。结果表明,瓦斯含量可以用于隧道揭煤工作面突出危险性预测,可靠性稳定、准确性高,与采用瓦斯压力进行预测相比,瓦斯含量法节省了工作面突出预测工作的时间,为隧道施工工期提供了强有力保障。The key measure to ensure the safety- of tunneling through coal seam is the coal and gas outburst prediction. When the gas pressure was measured at the place with 5 m vertical distance in large scale tunneling, the results of prediction is not reliable enough and not accurate enough. The gas content is used to evaluate the risk of coal and gas outburst,and the study was carried out in Huayan tunnel. The study indicated that the gas content index predicts the risk of outburst in tunneling reliably and accurately. Compared with the measurement of gas pressure, the method of gas content takes less time for outburst prediction, and it has saved time for tunnel construction.
