摘 要:为解决三交河煤矿近距离2号煤下分层开采过程中应力显现异常、支护困难等问题,在现场调研、锚固力试验、巷道围岩地质力学试验基础上,对下分层回采巷道层间距大于3 m、1~3 m、特殊地段1 m条件下提出了3种支护方案,并运用UDEC软件对2-2煤层开采过程进行了数值模拟。模拟显示:层间距小于2 m的巷道顶板最大下沉量50 mm,两帮最大移近量40 mm,与2-601工作面现场监测数据相符。三交河煤矿下煤层综合开采方案的成功实践,解决了近距离煤层开采过程中出现的支护问题,对于类似条件近距离煤层安全开采具有重要意义。In order to solve the problems of abnormal stress and support during the close-series nfining of No. 2 coal in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine, on the basis of field investigation, anchoring force test and roadway surrounding rock geomeehanieal test, the lower layer nfining roadway layer three kinds of support schemes were proposed under the condition of more than 3 m, 1 - 3 m and 1 m of special sections. The UDEC software was used to sinmlate the mining process of 2 2 coal seam. The simulation showed that the layer spacing was less than 2 m, the maximum subsidence of the roadway roof was 50 mm, and the maximum displacement of the two gangs was 40 mm, which was consistent with the on-site monitoring data of the 2-601 working face. The successful practice of the comprehensive mining plan for the lower coal seam in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine has solved the support problems in the process of close coal seam mining, and has important ref- erence significance for the safe mining of similar coal seams in similar conditions.
