摘　　要：自2017年3月固碱装置片碱机提升负荷后发现片碱机转鼓机封水水量增多,收集槽无法全部收集,造成二楼地面积水,导致一楼包装机电气及仪表元件损坏存在一定的安全隐患。Since March 2017,when the caustic soda machine of the solid caustic soda plant increased its load,it was found that the water sealing capacity of rotary drum machine of caustic soda flake machine increased and the collecting tank could not be fully collected,resulting in accumulated water on the second ground floor,resulting in damage to electrical and instrument components of the packaging machine on the first floor and certain potential safety hazards.
