摘　　要：介绍了均三甲苯的用途及生产工艺;针对裂解C9馏分中富含均三甲苯废液资源,运用PROⅡ软件对均三甲苯精制分离方案进行模拟计算,以降低能耗为目标,对精馏塔的理论板数、回流比以及进料位置对分离效果及能耗的影响进行了分析,获得了合理的优化设计及操作参数。This paper introduces the use and production process of mesitylene;Aiming at the cracking C9 fraction contains a large amount of mesitylene waste liquid resources,simulating and calculating the separation scheme of mesitylene refining by PROⅡ software,aiming to reduce energy consumption,the influence of the theoretical plate number,reflux ratio and feed position on the separation effect and energy consumption of the distillation column is analyzed in this paper,and the optimum design and operating parameters are obtained.
