摘　　要：白斑狗鱼消化器官消化酶活性与环境因素有密切关系,其中pH值是主要影响因素。该研究通过对样本采用考马斯亮蓝法进行测定,用Excel对结果进行处理,并用SPSS统计软件进行分析,结论为:在不同pH条件下,胃、肝胰脏、前肠和中肠蛋白酶的最适宜p H分别为4.0、4.5、7.5和7.5。Excel was used to deal with the results and SPSS statistics software was used to carry on the analysis.The results showed that under the condition of different pH,the optimum pH of stomach,liver pancreas,anterior and mid intestine protease was 4.0,4.5,7.5 and 7.5,respectively.
