摘  要:目的:探讨医院电子计算机断层扫描(CT)设备的故障特点和规律,提出其预防措施。方法:采用根本原因分析(RCA)法对在用6年的1台CT设备在使用中出现的故障进行故障分析(FA),分析其发生故障的原因、特点和规律,并提出相应的预防策略和措施。结果:该CT设备故障分布包括扫描参数设置、电源分配系统、扫描架旋转控制系统、扫描床以及高压发生与控制系统,其中扫描架旋转控制系统的故障所占比例最高,约占30%;高压发生与控制系统所占比例最低,占7.27%。结论:医院CT设备故障涉及到的种类较多,原因较复杂,在日常工作中要注意设备的维护和保养,有针对性地预防故障的发生。Objective: To explore the fault characteristics and laws of computer tomography(CT) equipment of hospital so as to put forward preventive measures. Methods: The root cause analysis method was used to implement comprehensive statistics for the emergent fault of a CT equipment that has been used 6 years. And the reasons, features and laws of the fault were further analyzed, and the corresponding preventive strategy and measure were put forward. Results: The fault distribution of the CT equipment included setting of scanning parameters, power-supply distribution system, the rotation control system of scanning shelf, scanning bed and occurrence and control system of high voltage. And the proportion of the fault of the rotation control system of scanning shelf was highest, which was almost 30%. And the proportion of the fault of occurrence and control system of high voltage generator was lowest, which was 7.27%. Conclusion: The faults of CT equipment involve many varieties, and the reasons of these faults were relatively complex. Therefore, in the daily work, the maintenance of equipment should be paid more attention so as to targeted prevent the occurrence of fault.
