摘 要:皮革行业作为传统的污染行业,要想实现可持续发展,就必须改变现状,采用清洁生产技术,使用环境友好皮革化工材料。在设计环境友好皮革化工材料时,必须从分子水平上来设计。文章以典型反应为例,从原料油的选择、合成方法的选择进行了分析,尽量使其原料对人体无毒害,反应条件温和,反应过程对环境无污染;然后从分子结构上进行了分析,分析了加脂剂的吸收性能,从而使设计产物具有良好的生物降解性并且降解产物对环境无污染。As a traditional pollution industry, the leather industry must change the status quo, adopt cleaner production technologies, and use the environmental-friendly leather chemicals in order to achieve sustainable development. In the design of environment-friendly leather chemicals, the synthesis reaction must be designed from the molecular level. Taking a typical reaction as an example,the selecting of raw oils and synthetic methods are discussed in this article. The raw materials should be harmless to the human body and have mild reaction conditions. The reaction process has no pollution to the environment; then the molecular structure and the absorption performance of the fatliquors are analyzed. Through the above molecular design, the final product has good biodegradability and the degradation product has no pollution to the environment.
