摘 要:目的建立木香槟榔丸中枳壳检测方法。方法采用薄层色谱法检测枳壳特征斑点;高效液相色谱法同时测定枳壳中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量。结果薄层鉴别斑点清晰,重现性好;高效液相色谱柚皮苷的线性范围是0.042 9~0.643 2μg(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率97.7%,RSD=0.88%(n=6),新橙皮苷的线性范围是0.043 6~0.653 8μg(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率99.09%,RSD=0.91%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可以弥补木香槟榔丸质量标准的不足。Objectives To establish the detection method of Fructus Aurantii in Muxiang Binlang Pills. Methods The characteristic spots of Fructus Aurantii in Muxiang Binlang Pills were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and the content of Naringin and Neohesperidin in Fructus Aurantii was determined by High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The TLC results showed that the spots were clear with goocl reproducibility. According to the HPLC results, the linear range of Naringin was from 0. 042 9 μg to 0.643 2 μg (r= 0.999 8) and its average recovery was 97.7% with RSD of 0.88%(n=6); the linear range of Neohesperidin was from 0.043 6 μg to 0.653 8 μg (r =0.999 9) and its average recovery was 99.09% withRSDof 0.91% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is convenient and accurate with good reproducibilty, which can remedy the defect of the quality standard of Muxiang Binlang Pills.
