预防跌倒护理模式在防止老年心血管疾病患者跌倒中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究预防跌倒护理在老年心血管疾病患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取四川省人民医院2013年6月至2014年5月收治的心血管疾病老年患者92例作为对照组;2014年6月至2015年5月收治的心血管疾病老年患者92例作为试验组。对照组采用常规护理;试验组采用预防跌倒护理模式,比较两组患者的跌倒发生率、跌倒损伤程度及患者护理满意度,并进行统计学分析。结果试验组患者的跌倒发生率及跌倒损伤情况发生率均低于对照组;患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防跌倒护理明显减少心血管疾病老年患者跌倒发生率,保证了老年患者的住院安全,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。Objectives To explore the clinical effect of fall preventive nursing on elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients dignosed with cardiovascular diseases who were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 were enrolled as the control group. Another 92 elderly cardiovascular patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were assigned as the experiment group. The control group was subjected to routine nursing, while the experiment group underwent fall preventive nursing. Thereafter, the incidence of falls, the degree of fall injury as well as the satisfaction degree for nursing between the two groups were compared and statistically analysed. Results The incidence of falls and the fall comlications were significantly reduced in the experiment group as compared with that in the control group. The satisfaction degree for nursing in the experiment group was significantly improved as compared with that in the control group, and the difference was significant between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The fall preventive nursing mode significantly reduces the incidence of falls, and thus ensures the safety of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases during hospitalization, which is worth of popularization and application in clinical nursing practice.
