微创手术治疗高血压性脑出血患者的护理观察

摘　　要：目的微创手术治疗高血压性脑出血患者术后采用综合护理措施的效果进行分析评价。方法选择2015年1月至2017年1月在宜宾市第一人民医院采用微创血肿清除术治疗的患者98例,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用神经外科一般常规护理干预,试验组采用综合护理干预,对比这两组患者入院及出院时的以下5项指标:ADL、Fugl-Meyer、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果出院时试验组的ADL、Fugl-Meye、HAMA、HAMD评分明显优于对照组,试验组的患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗高血压性脑出血患者后采用综合护理干预能够有效改善患者的日常活动和运动功能,减轻患者的负面情绪,减少并发症,对患者术后恢复具有良好的作用。Objectives To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after minimally invasive surgery for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HICH）. Methods A total of 98 HICH patients treated with minimally invasive hematoma evacuation surgery from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with routine neurosurgical nursing intervention, while the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention. The pre and post nursing ADL score, Fugl Meyer score, Hamilton the Anxiety Scale （HAMA）, Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） score and incidcence of postoperative complications between the two groups were analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of ADL,Fugl-Meye, HAMAand HAMD in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）, with a lower incidence of complications. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the motor function and daily activities of HICH patients treated with minimally invasive surgery, reduce their negative emotion and the occurrence of complications, thus playing a significant role in the postoperative recovery.
