摘 要:以二月兰(Orychophragmus violaeeus)种子为材料,采用室内培养皿发芽方法,分别统计其在清水和0.5%NaCl中的萌发指标并测量幼苗生长指标,以研究^(60)Co-γ射线对二月兰种子萌发及早期幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在0~300 Gy剂量范围内,^(60)Co-γ辐射提高了二月兰种子的发芽率,同时降低了种子的发芽势。在水处理条件下,^(60)Co-γ辐射对二月兰幼苗株高、根长、鲜重都有不同程度的促进作用。在0.5%NaCl处理条件下,^(60)Co-γ辐射对二月兰幼苗的株高和鲜重产生了一定的促进作用,对根长的生长则是低浓度促进高浓度抑制。The effects of^(60)Co-γ ray on the seed germination and early seedling growth of Orychophragmus violaeeus were studied using the method of indoor petri dish germination method,and the germination indexes in water and 0.5% NaCl were measured. The results showed that^(60)Co-γ radiation increased the germination rate of Orychophragmus violaeeus seeds,and decreased the germination potential of seeds in the dose range of 0~300 Gy. Under the condition of water treatment,^(60)Co-γ radiation had different effects on the plant height,root length and fresh weight of Orychophragmus violaeeus seedlings. Under the condition of 0.5% NaCl treatment,^(60)Co-γ radiation promoted the plant height and fresh weight of Orychophragmus violaeeus seedlings,but the growth of root length was promoted at low concentration^(60)Co-γ radiation and inhibted at high concentration^(60)Co-γ radiation.
