摘  要:化工食品类学科是以实验为基础的学科,化工食品类实验室是学生学习化学知识、掌握化学技能、探索化学奥秘的场所。化工实验也是一个较为严重的污染源。提出了目前化工食品类课程实验存在的问题,提出了有助于强化教学质量提高的仿真软件,开展以信息化手段相结合的教学活动,激发教师教学积极性和学生学习积极性。Chemical food major is an experiment-based discipline. Students learn chemical knowledge, master chemical skills, and explore the mysteries of chemistry from chemical and food laboratories. Chemical experiment is also a relatively serious source of pollution. Presented the problems existing in the current experiment of chemical food courses and improved simulation animation of improving teaching quality. We carried out teaching activities that combined informational methods and stimulated teacher enthusiasm and student motivation.
