摘 要:针对"食品标准与法规"课程教学中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学方法、教学要求、考核方式等多个方面进行了课程模块教学探索,实践表明,"食品法规与标准"课程模块教学,使学生各方面能力得到提高,取得良好的教学效果。For the problems existing in the course of food standards and regulations teaching, the module teaching of food regulations and standards was explored from many aspects, such as teaching content, teaching methods, teaching require- ments and evaluation methods. It was proved that the teaching module of food regulations and standards course, students' abil- ity in all aspects, and good teaching effect. The practice has proved that the module teaching of food regulations and standards has achieved good teaching results. Students' abilities were improved in all aspects.
