管理学视域下精准扶贫分析及其绩效评估研究

摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展、改革开放的不断深入,党中央越来越重视农村扶贫工作。我国的扶贫工作关系到全面建成小康社会的进程,是实现共同富裕的重大举措。为了能够更好地把握精准扶贫发展方向,促进精准扶贫的快速发展,真正实现我国扶贫工作现状的转变,在管理学视域下进行对精准扶贫的分析及其绩效评估研究有着重要的意义。经过多年的不懈努力,我国的扶贫工作取得了一定的成就,呈现出良好的发展态势。但是,扶贫事业仍旧存在着一定的问题。通过对我国精准扶贫工作的现状及问题的分析,阐述了精准扶贫实施的必要性,进一步分析了精准扶贫绩效评估的体系,主要提出了精准扶贫绩效评估的政策建议。With the rapid development of economy and continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the Central Committee of the Communist of China has paid more and more attention to rural poverty alleviation work. The poverty alleviation work in our country is related to the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and is a major measure to achieve common prosperity. In order to better grasp the direction of accurate poverty alleviation, promote the rapid development of accurate poverty alleviation, and truly realize the transformation of the current situation of poverty alleviation work in China, it is of great significance to carry out analysis of accurate poverty alleviation and performance evaluation from management theory. After years of unremitting efforts, the cause of poverty alleviation in China has made remarkable achievements and has shown a good momentum of development. However, there are still some problems in China＇s poverty alleviation cause. Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of the accurate poverty alleviation work in China, this paper expounds the necessity of the implementation of accurate poverty alleviation, and further analyzes the system of accurate poverty alleviation performance evaluation, and puts forward the policy recommendations for performance evaluation of accurate poverty alleviation.
