摘 要:从利于事故预防的角度出发,为证实"2-4"模型中直接原因即不安全动作与不安全物态之间存在相互影响关系,基于事故致因"2-4"模型中对直接原因的定义,对近10年来的22起瓦斯爆炸事故的直接原因进行统计分析,得到不安全动作原因与不安全物态原因之间存在相互引起关系;经分析,每一起事故的直接原因中都存在不安全动作原因引起不安全物态原因的情况,因此在事故预防中,应当以控制不安全动作为主题思路,通过对不安全动作的控制达到对不安全物态控制的目的,同时通过消除不安全物态也可消除相应的不安全动作;也验证了"2-4"模型中直接原因即不安全动作与不安全物态之间存在相互影响关系是正确的。From the perspective of accident prevention, it is confirmed that there is interaction between unsafe acts and unsafe conditions of the direct causes in the 2 - 4 Model. Based on the definition of direct causes in the 2 - 4 Model, the direet causes in 22 gas explosion accidents of the past ten years have been eounted and analyzed, finding that there is interaction between unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. After analysis, it is known that unsafe acts can cause unsafe eonditions in every sample accident. Therefore, in accident prevention, controlling unsafe aets should be the main idea. The control of unsafe acts can accomplish the aim of the control of unsafe conditions and meanwhile the elimination of unsafe conditions can also eliminate the corresponding unsafe ants. So it is testified that there exist interaction between unsafe acts and unsafe conditions of the direct eauses in 2 -4 Model.
