摘 要:配制了具有膨胀性、密实性更好的新型封孔材料,采用"两堵一注"原理,以贵州中岭煤矿11083工作面顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔为例,进行了新型封孔材料囊袋式带压封孔效果对比考察。结果表明,囊袋式带压封孔工艺简单、快捷,瓦斯抽采体积分数可维持在50%以上,瓦斯抽采纯流量基本稳定在0.024 2 m3/min左右,较矿井原有聚氨酯封堵注入水泥浆封孔工艺,其瓦斯抽采效果提高1倍左右,封孔效果显著提升,具有较强的推广价值。New sealing materials with better expansibility and compactness in the laboratory is prepared and based on the principle of "two sealing and one grouting", the gas drainage drillings along coal seam of 11083 working face in Zhongling Mine is taken as an example to conduct comparative study on the effects of new materials of capsule with pressure sealing. The results show that the capsule with pressure sealing process operates simply and quickly, gas concentration can maintain at above 50% , gas pumping pure flow stables at 0. 0242 m^3/min, and compared with sealing process with polyurethane and cement mortar, the gas extraction effect has increased by one time, the sealing effect is obviously promoted and it can be spread and applied widely.
