摘　　要：在城市演进过程中,优秀历史建筑会面临遗弃、拆除、保护或利用。在城市更新发展要求下,如何最大化地保护、发挥、传承优秀历史建筑的价值,使之更长久地服务社会,是值得思考的问题。文章以时间为视角,讨论优秀历史建筑对于继承过往、服务当代、流传后世的价值。In the process of urban evolution, excellent historical buildings will face abandonment, demolition, protection or utilization. Under the requirements of urban renewal and development, it is worth thinking about how to maximize the protection, play, and inherit the value of excellent historical buildings and make them serve the Society for a longer time. From the perspective of time, the article discusses the value of excellent historical buildings for inheriting the past, serving the present, and spreading later generations.
