摘 要:随着高层建筑不断增多,建筑日照采光问题也随之增加。同时,我国已经把能源问题上升到了国家安全战略层面,绿色建筑的观点早已深入人心。然而,实现绿色建筑的重要措施和根本环节,是在建筑设计阶段,规划好建筑的自然采光和日照遮阳。因此,我国相关法规规定,建筑规划与布局务必进行日照分析。从小区规划的角度出发,利用Ecotect软件,对居住区规划中的气候条件、太阳辐射和气流环境进行了一系列分析及相应对策的制定,说明Ecotect软件在居住小区设计中的作用,以及对后续设计的指导性作用。With the increasing number of high-rise buildings, the problems of building daylighting and lighting have also increased. Meanwhile, China has raised the energy issue to the level of national security strategy, and the concept of green building has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. However, the important measures and fundamental links for realizing green buildings are the planning of the natural lighting and sunshine shade of the building during the architectural design stage. Therefore, the relevant laws and regulations in China stipulate that sunshine must be analyzed for construction planning and layout. From the perspective of community planning, using Ecotect software, a series of analysis were conducted and the corresponding countermeasures were made for the climatic conditions, solar radiation and airfow environment in residential area planning, which indicates the role of Ecotect software in the design of residential communities, and provides the guidance for the follow-up design.
