摘　　要：针对王村选煤厂存在生产能力不足的问题,提出在301原煤入厂皮带下料溜槽处设计并安装新型振动棒条筛。通过计算,确定新型振动棒条筛选用条形筛孔的单轴振动筛,筛孔为50mm。实践证明,振动棒条筛实现了将粒度为-50 mm的原煤配入到商品煤中,提高了商品煤的洗出率,满足了实际生产需求,为今后的现场配煤提供了借鉴。In view of the problem of insufficient production capacity in Wangcun coal preparation Plant,a new type of vibrating bar screen is designed and installed at the place where 301 raw coal enters the factory. Through calculation,the single axis vibrating screen for the screening of new type vibrating bars was determined,and the screen hole was 50 mm. It has been proved by practice that the vibrating bar screen can put the raw coal of-50 mm particle into the commercial coal,improve the washing rate,meet the actual production demand,and provide reference for the field coal blending in the future.
