摘　　要：实验室安全是高校安全工作的重要组成部分,直接影响到学校教学与科研工作的正常运转和师生员工的生命财产安全。江南大学根据实验室自身实际和运行情况,将顶层设计与实际落实相结合,逐步建立健全实验室安全管理体系,完善实验室管理规章制度,培养实验室管理队伍,强化实验室安全文化建设等。通过不断摸索和总结,逐步构建起了多方联动、齐抓共管的实验室安全管理体系。Laboratory safety is an important part of the safety work in colleges and universities,which directly affects the university normal teaching,scientific research and safety of lives and properties of teachers and students.Based on the reality and operation of laboratories in Jiangnan University,the top-level design is combined with the actual implementation,the laboratory safety management is gradually established and improved,the laboratory management rules and regulations are continuously improved,the laboratory management teams are trained,and the construction of the laboratory safety culture is strengthened.Through the continuous exploration and summary,the laboratory safety management system is built up with the multiple parties and concerted effort.
