摘 要:低温甲醇洗技术因其工艺成熟稳定、选择性好、净化程度高、廉价易得、节能降耗等优点而被广泛应用于煤化工工艺中。介绍了低温甲醇洗技术的工艺流程在煤制甲醇、煤制天然气、煤制油工艺中的应用,及在生产运行中存在的诸如系统甲醇消耗大、甲醇水分离塔工况不稳定等问题。提出今后应针对低温甲醇洗技术生产中存在的问题,改进和优化工艺,找到合理的解决措施。The low temperature methanol washing technology is widely used in coal chemical process because of its advantages of mature and stable process, good selectivity, high degree of purification, cheap and readily available raw materials, energy saving and consumption reduction. The application of the technology was introduced in the process of coal to methanol, coal natgas and coal to oil, and some problems during the production run, such as the large consumption of methanol and the instability of the methanol water separation column. It is proposed that the reasonable solutions should be found to improve and optimize the process in the future.
