摘 要:加强电梯的安全检测,及时发现安全隐患和故障是确保电梯安全运行的有效措施。针对传统的电梯运行故障监测是采取现场人工旁站守候监视检验,需要耗费大量的人力物力,提出应用电能质量监测分析仪对曳引电梯外部供电系统的三相电压不平衡、电压异常波动、谐波和闪变等电能质量指标进行监测分析,实现对电梯电能质量的实时监测从而为电梯故障分析提供强有力的支持,提高检测效率和精度。Strengthening the safety inspection of elevators and finding safety hazards and faults in a timely manner are effective measures to ensure the safe operation of elevators. Since the traditional elevator operation fault monitoring, the on-site manual monitoring and inspection is required, which wastes a lot of manpower and material resources. The paper proposes the application of the power quality monitoring analyzer to the monitoring analysis of power quality indicators such as the three-phase voltage unbalance, the abnormal voltage fluctuation, and the harmonic and flicker of the external power supply system of the traction elevator. It realizes real-time monitoring of elevator power quality, which provides powerful support for elevator fault analysis and improves detection efficiency and accuracy.
