摘  要:燃煤机组进行CO_2捕集成本较高是限制燃煤机组碳减排技术应用的主要因素。本文针对碳捕集成本高的问题,分别建立碳捕集机组的成本分析模型和技术经济性分析模型,以600 MW机组为例,计算了参考机组和碳捕集机组的建设成本及发电成本等参数,并分析讨论了CO_2排放税税收和售卖价格对机组发电成本的影响,以及在保证发电成本相同的情况下CO_2排放税税收价格与售卖价格之间的相互调控关系。结果表明:与参考机组相比,碳捕集机组在相同运行条件下的发电成本增幅为65.6%,碳捕集机组的碳减排成本为2 045.787元/t。The high cost of carbon dioxide capture for coal-fired units is the major factor that limits the application of carbon-reduction technology of coal-fired units. In this study, to solve the problem of high cost of carbon capture, the cost analysis model and technical economic analysis model of carbon capture unit are established respectively. Taking the 600 MW unit as an example, the parameters such as construction cost and power generation cost of the reference unit and carbon capture unit are calculated. Then the effect of CO_2 emission tax revenue and selling price on power generation cost of unit and the mutual regulation relationship between the price of CO_2 emission tax and selling price under the same power generation cost are analysed and discussed.The results show that, compared with the reference unit, under the same operating conditions, the power generation cost of carbon capture unit increases by 65.6%, and the carbon reduction cost of carbon capture units is 2 045.787 yuan/t.
