摘  要:燃煤烟气多种污染物一体化脱除技术采用脱酸剂与烟气中的SO_2、HCl等发生反应将其脱除。为筛选最佳的脱酸剂,本文搭建了基于陶瓷催化滤管的一体化脱除实验台架,实验考察了Na_2CO_3、NaHCO_3、Ca(OH)_23种脱酸剂的脱酸活性。结果发现:Ca(OH)_2对SO_2和HCl的脱除效率随着钙硫摩尔比的增加而提高,钙硫摩尔比为3时,脱硫效率达到85%,HCl脱除效率达到91%;Na_2CO_3与NaHCO_3对SO_2和HCl的脱除效率随着钠硫摩尔比的增加而提高,钠硫摩尔比为3时,Na_2CO_3的脱硫效率和HCl脱除效率分别达到90%和97%,NaHCO_3的脱硫效率和HCl脱除效率分别达到91%和98%。The integrated removal technology of mulitiple pollutants from coal-fired flue gas uses deacidification solvent to react with and then remove the pollutants such as SO_2 and HCl in the flue gas. In order to find out the best deacidification agent, an integrated removal experiment bench based on ceramic catalytic filter tube is built up. The deacidification activities of three deacidification agents such as Na2 CO_3, NaHCO_3 and Ca(OH)_2 are studied. The results show that the removal efficiency of Ca(OH)_2 to SO_2 and HCl increases with the Ca/S molar ratio. When the Ca/S molar ratio is 3, the desulfurization efficiency reaches 85% and the HCl removal efficiency reaches 91%. In addition, the removal efficiencyies of Na2 CO_3 and NaHCO_3 to SO_2 and HCl increase with the Na/S molar ratio. When the Na/S molar ratio is 3, the desulfurization efficiency and the HCl removal efficiency of Na2 CO_3 reach 90% and 97%, respectively. The desulfurization efficiency and the HCl removal efficiency of NaHCO_3 reach 91% and 98%, respectively.
