摘 要:能源互联网是能源发展的方向,是改变能源结构、提高能源利用效率的重要手段。为推进能源互联网的应用和发展,借鉴能源相关技术规范和评价标准,从能量品质、安全可靠性、经济性、社会性、能源结构优化、交互友好性、组织管理与商业模式、合理开放性八个维度建立了能源互联网的评价指标体系;借鉴逻辑框架和层次分析法的思路,给出了能源互联网综合评价方法,为能源互联网的建设、验收提供参考依据。The Energy Internet is one of the most promising development directions of future energy systems, and it is also an important means to reform the energy structure and to improve energy utilization efficiency. Based on the existing energy related technology and evaluation standards, this paper could be treated as one beneficial attempt to promote the application and development of the energy internet. This work began with the construction of an eight-dimension evaluation index system, including energy quality, safety and reliability, economy, sociality, energy structure optimization, interactive friendly, organizational management and business model, and opening rationality. A comprehensive evaluation method for the energy internet is proposed, which could facilitate its construction and operation in China.
