疏肝健脾方联合眼部按摩治疗30例小儿目眨效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝健脾方联合眼部按摩治疗小儿目眨的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的小儿目眨症患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予疏肝健脾方联合眼部局部按摩治疗,对照组给予常规西药治疗。比较2组患儿的临床疗效、平均治疗时间及复发率。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),平均治疗时间及复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾方联合眼部按摩治疗小儿目眨的临床效果显著,可有效缩短疗程、降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi recipe Combined with eye massage in the treatment of children＇s blinking. Methods 60 children with blink in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Decoction Combined with local massage,while the control group was given conventional western medicine. The clinical efficacy,average treatment time and recurrence rate of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）,and the average treatment time and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Shugan Jianpi Recipe Combined with eye massage is significant in the treatment of children＇s eye blink. It can effectively shorten the course of treatment and reduce the recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical application.
