前列通瘀胶囊辅助坦洛新对CAP患者的疗效及对排尿情况、血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)患者应用前列通瘀胶囊辅助坦洛新治疗的临床疗效及对患者排尿情况、血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取我院泌尿外科2016年1月-2017年7月收治的120例CAP患者,随机分为联合组(前列通瘀辅助坦洛新治疗)和坦洛新组(单用坦洛新治疗),各60例,对比两组患者的疗效、排尿动力学及血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的疼痛或不适、排尿症状、对生活质量的影响及慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)总分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且联合组上述症状指标均显著低于坦洛新组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的最大尿流率(MFR)显著升高、残余尿量(RVU)和IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α测定值均显著降低(P<0.05),联合组的MFR显著高于坦洛新组、RVU显著低于坦洛新组(P<0.05)。结论 CAP患者应用前列通瘀胶囊辅助坦洛新治疗能有效改善患者尿动力学指标、降低患者炎症反应程度、显著改善患者排尿症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qianlietongyu capsules combined with tamsulosin in patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis（ CAP） and its influence on serum inflammatory factors and urination. Methods A total of 120 patients with CAP admitted to the Department of Urology in our hospital between January 2016 and July 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into the combined group（ Qianlietongyu combined with tamsulosin treatment） and tamsulosin group（ single tamsulosin treatment）,with 60 cases in each group. The efficacy,voiding dynamics and serum interleukin-2（ IL-2）,IL-4,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha（ TNF-α） levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,pain and discomfort,voiding symptoms,quality of life and total scores of NIH-CPSI in the two groups were significantly lower（ P〈0.05）,especially in the combined group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the values of MFR in the two groups were significantly increased,while the levels of RVU,IL-2,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-α were significantly decreased（ P〈0.05）. The value of MFR in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the tamsulosin group,but the value of RVU was significantly lower（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of Qianlietongyu capsule combined with tamsulosin can effectively improve urodynamic indexes,reduce inflammatory reactions and improve voiding symptoms in patients with CAP.
