摘  要:双燃料汽车运输船(PCC)一般要求在破舱情况下还能保证LNG燃油舱的完整性,但由于PCC船具有破舱吃水远远大于设计吃水的特点,导致LNG燃油舱在破舱时将会承受非常大的水压,目前各船级社规范均没有对这种情况给出明确的计算要求和计算方法。文章提出一种采用NAPA读取破舱吃水并拟合得到相应的最大破舱吃水,从而确定破舱载荷的方法 ;以某双燃料PCC船为案例,利用有限元分析方法对该PCC船的LNG燃油舱在破舱下的结构强度进行计算。经验证,该船的LNG燃油舱结构强度满足要求。The dual-fuel pure-car-carriers (PCC) generally require the integrity of the LNG fuel oil tank to be guaranteed under the damaged condition. However, the LNG fuel oil tank will undertake very large water pressure under the damage condition because the draft of the PCC under the damaged condition is much higher than the designed draft. At present, the rules of each classification society has not given the explicit requirements and method for the calculation under this situation. This article proposes a method to determine the damage load by using NAPA to read the draft under the damaged condition and to fit to the corresponding maximum draft under damaged condition. The structure strength of the LNG fuel oil tank of a dual fuel PCC is calculated by using the finite element analysis method. It is verified that the structure strength of the LNG fuel oil tank can meets the requirement.
