摘　　要：[目的/意义]提出一种基于多层视角模型的专利情报分析的新方法,该方法可适用于新兴技术专利情报的系统研究,对于全面展现专利技术演化具有良好效果。[方法/过程]该方法将专利情报中零散的专利竞争分析维度及专利合作分析维度纳入到系统的分析框架中,结合技术生命周期理论,将专利情报分析划分为萌芽期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期四个阶段,动态展现了特定技术领域在宏观社会技术远景、中观社会技术系统、微观社会技术利基层的专利技术演化全过程。[结果/结论]以石墨烯技术为例,利用基于多层视角模型的专利情报分析方法,全面分析了全球石墨烯领域专利竞争及专利合作情况。研究表明,该方法具有一定的可行性和创新性,对我国石墨烯产业的研究具有指导意义。[Purpose/Significance]This paper provide a new approach which analyzes the patent intelligence based on multi-level perspective theory.The approach proposed is helpful to the patent intelligence analysis research in the field of emerging technology and important for comprehensive displaying the patent technology evolution process.[Method/Process]This approach combines the patent competition and patent cooperation information in patent intelligence and brings them into system analysis framework.Basing on technology life cycle theory,this approach divides the patent intelligence analysis into four phases：research and development phase,the ascent phase,the maturity phase and the decline phase and explores the dynamic patent technology evolution process from the perspective of macro landscape,medium socio-technical system and micro niches.[Result/Conclusion]Taking graphene technology as an example,this paper applies the patent intelligence based on multi-level perspective theory,and comprehensive analyzes the patent competition and patent collaboration of global graphene industry.The results show that this approach has certain feasibility and novelty,and has guiding significance for China＇s graphene industry.
