摘　　要：[目的/意义]在"标准化+"深入推进的现实背景下,知识、技术与技术标准三者之间不断融合,成为推动我国经济转型发展和体制改革的重要力量。发挥技术标准化与知识、主体之间的协同效应,对于完善标准化协调机制和优化知识资源配置而言具有重要意义。[方法/过程]从知识流动角度入手,在阐释"标准化+知识"战略内涵的基础上,将技术标准化过程划分为开发、实施与推广三个阶段,知识流动划分为知识获取、应用与转移三个环节,构建技术标准化与知识流动的关系模型;由"标准化+知识"战略协同、主体协同两个层面,建立"标准化+知识"战略的理论分析框架。[结果/结论]揭示了异质性主体要素的关系网络组成及其知识流动路径,提出"标准化+知识"的战略选择矩阵,并以此为技术标准化与知识流动的保障机制提出建议。[Purpose/Significance]Under the background of in-depth advancing of ＂Standardization＋＂,the integration of knowledge,technology and technology standardization has become an important force to promote the development of economic transformation and system reform in China.It is of great significance for exerting the synergy effect between technology standardization and knowledge and the subject to improve the coordination mechanism of standardization and optimize the allocation of knowledge resources.[Method/Process]From the perspective of knowledge flow,on the basis of explaining the strategic connotation of ＂standardization ＋ knowledge＂,the process of technology standardization is divided into three stages of development,implementation and popularization,and knowledge flow is divided into three parts of knowledge acquisition,application and transfer.Then,the relationship model between technology standardization and knowledge flow is constructed.The theoretical analysis framework of ＂standardization ＋ knowledge＂ strategy is established from two levels of ＂standardization ＋ knowledge＂ strategy coordination and subject coordination.[Result/Conclusion]The paper reveals the relationship network composition of heterogeneous subject elements and the path of knowledge flow,puts forward the strategic choice matrix of ＂ standardization ＋ knowledge＂,and gives some suggestions on the guarantee mechanism of technology standardization and knowledge flow.
