摘 要:利用数学分析的思想推导出偏增量法的数学模型,应用偏增量法对锅炉效率和供电煤耗率进行诊断分析,对影响锅炉性能的因素进行定量分析从而找到提高锅炉经济性的方法。将该方法应用于某电厂660 MW机组锅炉的锅炉效率和供电煤耗率的偏差计算。通过计算得出:锅炉效率随着排烟温度、排烟氧量和飞灰含碳量的增大而下降,供电煤耗率则相反,改变这三个影响因素大小可以提高锅炉经济性。The mathematical model of partial increment method is derived by using the mathematical analysis.The partial increment method was applied to boiler efficiency and the power supply coal consumption rate of diagnosis analysis and making aquantitative analysis of the factors that affect the performance of the boiler so as to find a way to improve the economic efficiency of boiler.The method was applied on the deviation calculation of the boiler efficiency and the power supply coal consumption rate about 660 MW unit boiler.The conclusion of calculating is that with increasing of exhaust temperature,exhaust oxygen content and fly ash carbon content,the boiler efficiency will decrease and the power supply coal consumption rate increase on the contrary.The economic performance of the boiler can be promoted by Changing the size of these three factors.
